Meet The Team
Michael Bakalar has been a real estate investor since 2003. Mike's scope of experience includes residential SFR's, mobile homes, townhouses and small commercial office buildings. Mike did his first "short sale" in 2003 before the term short sale was even a know term. Aside from being an avid property investor, Mike manages a real estate law firm and deals with property owners, investors, Realtors, attorneys and all facets of real estate purchase and sales.
